Around 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday Saskatoon Police Service responded to an armed robbery call at a business in the 1700 block of Preston Avenue North.
The suspects had fled prior to police arriving. Officers learned that two females and one male had entered the business and put bottles of alcohol into a bag before attempting to leave without paying.
When confronted by an employee, one of the female suspects produced a knife and uttered threats. Members of Patrol are continuing to investigate.
