On Monday Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools’ Board of Education trustees re-elected Diane Boyko as chair and Tim Jelinski was elected to serve as vice-chair.
With 50 schools and over 23,000 students, Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools is Saskatchewan’s largest Catholic school division, providing Catholic faith-based education from pre-kindergarten through Grade 12 in Saskatoon and area, Biggar, Humboldt, Martensville and Warman.
And at its annual organizational meeting Tuesday, the Board of Education for Saskatoon Public Schools re-elected Kim Stranden as Chair of the Board. Stranden, the Public Trustee for Ward 4, has served as board chair since November 2023.
The board also elected two new vice chairs: Anne-Marie Rollo (Ward 8) and Kevin Schmidt (Ward 9).
