The Saskatchewan RCMP say three guns, cocaine and a large sum of cash were seized in connection to an investigation in La Ronge.
Last Wednesday officers executed a search warrant on a home in La Ronge were several people were arrested inside the home.
RCMP with the La Ronge CRT and the Critical Incident Response Team located and seized approximately 149 grams of cocaine, a large sum of cash, three semi-automatic firearms, two prohibited magazines, a significant amount of ammunition and drug trafficking paraphernalia.
Forty-seven year-old Kendall Jacobsen and 42-year-old Nicole Merasty, both from La Ronge, SK are each charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine and possession of property obtained by crime over $5000.
And 61-year-old Quinton Beisel of Air Ronge, SK is charged with one count each unsafe storage of a firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm, and possession of a prohibited firearm magazines well as three counts of possession of a prohibited/restricted firearm.
