Around 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday Wollaston Lake RCMP responded to a call about a man who was deceased.

The victim is a 33-year-old man from Wollaston Lake whose death is considered suspicious.

Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes has taken carriage of the investigation. Due to inclement weather and the remote location of the community, investigators travelling to Wollaston Lake arrived Thursday. RCMP advise there will be an increased police presence in Wollaston Lake for an undetermined amount of time.
