Prince Albert Police have charged a 29-year-old man following several firearm reports in a span of two hours on Wednesday night.
At around 9:50 p.m, police were called to the 1700 block of 16th Avenue West after a vehicle had been shot at. The two occupants were not injured.
Police later learned that the incident occurred in the 1000 block of 15th Street West. The suspect fled the scene before police arrived.
Officers were then called three more times regarding incidents in the 1800 block of Central Avenue, 600 block of 18th Street and the 900 block of 17th, all with the same description of the suspect.
The man was eventually located in the 1100 block of 17th Street West, where he was arrested and officers seized a sawed off firearm.
He was charged with carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a firearm knowing the possession is unauthorized and possession of a firearm while being prohibited from doing so by a release order.
