Saskatoon country artist Adam Johnson stopped by the studio ahead of kicking off the Good Ol’ Boys Tour, which hits the Coors Event Centre Vizzy Stage on February 7.
Coming off a huge year that saw him win four Saskatchewan Country Music Awards including Songwriter of the Year and Country Album of the Year, Adam talked about the validation that comes with those wins and his excitement to get back on the road.
He also broke down the strong Bruce Springsteen influence behind his working-class anthem Good Ol’ Boys, also revealing it’s the foundation of a full-length concept album being rolled out soon.
Adam is also releasing a new single called “Campfires & Photographs” tomorrow, a reflective heartbreak track.
Get ready for Adam Johnson to deliver a high-energy, carefully crafted live show in Saskatoon with special guests Olli Eldrick and the Transatlantic Cowboys and Cole Patton.
