The Regina Police Service says a 37 year-old man is the second person to be charged in relation to an ongoing homicide investigation that got underway in the early morning hours January 19th after an evade police incident came to a halt in the 1400 block of Princess Street and after suspects bailed from the vehicle and fled, officers found a dead man inside the vehicle.
Further investigation led officers to a residence in the 3700 block of Dewdney Avenue. Monday night 37-year-old Steven Myslichuk was arrested. He is charged with Indignity to a Dead Body and Accessory After the Fact to Murder. He is in Regina Provincial Court this morning.
Twenty-six-year-old Kobe Samual Fiddler was in court last Thursday to face two charges including Indignity to a Dead Body and Flight from Peace Officer.
