Following the investigation into a fatal pedestrian collision, Prince Albert police have chosen not to lay charges.
On October 11, last year, at 4:30 a.m., police were called to the area of Highway 2 and Highway 55 East.
Officers were told a vehicle had collided with a pedestrian who was not conscious or breathing. The adult female driver of the vehicle remained on scene.
Police and paramedics arrived shortly and began life-saving-measures on the women before she was transported to hospital. She was pronounced dead a short time later.
A release from the Prince Albert Police says the investigation determined that the collision was non-criminal and there are no charges being laid as a result.
