It’s a major milestone for Traxx Footwear as the locally owned shop marks 25 years in business this year!! Teri Miller brought owner Bob Miller to the studio to reflect on the journey from a 1,300 square foot store with only Bob on staff to a 13,000 square foot destination with 30 employees. What started as a men’s-only shoe store quickly evolved after customers asked for more, leading to the addition of women’s footwear, which now makes up 80% of the business.

Over the years, Traxx has grown alongside brands like Miz Mooz, which began with just a handful of styles and now fills an entire wall in-store. Bob credits longevity to strong staff, quality products, and listening closely to customers. That customer-first mindset helped shape the store’s expansion and continues to guide what’s next.
