The Prairie Country Music Association is set to host their first-ever awards night at The Longbranch this Saturday! We’ll be getting a full evening of celebration and live music wrapped into one high-energy event.
PCMA President Candice Schick stopped by the studio to share the excitement behind launching the inaugural PCMA Awards, spotlighting prairie country talent while creating a true party atmosphere. It’ll be complete with a steak supper, performances from all nominated artists, and a seamless transition into a late-night afterparty.
Beyond the awards themselves, the night doubles as a showcase of Saskatchewan’s depth of talent, with multiple bands taking over the stage after the ceremony and ongoing PCMA efforts to build the scene through regular open mics and showcases.
