On Monday, the Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit executed a Search Warrant at a home in the hamlet of Spruce Home, where electronic devices were examined at the scene and seized by investigators.
The investigation lead to the arrest of 33-year-old Christopher John Goreham.
He was charged with two counts of Possessing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material, one count of Making Available Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material, and one count of Accessing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material
Goreham appeared in court on Tuesday and was released with court-imposed conditions. His next court date is scheduled for June 25.
The Saskatchewan ICE Unit is comprised of investigators from the Saskatchewan RCMP, Regina Police Service and Saskatoon Police Service. Their mandate is to investigate crimes involving Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material.
