A 19-year-old Regina man has been found and charged following an aggravated assault on Saturday.

At 2:00 p.m., police were called to the 700 block of Arthur Street for a report of a weapons offence. Officers say an injured man inside the home had answered the door and the male suspect, unknown to the victim, came inside, assaulted him, and left.

EMS attended and took him to hospital for treatment of serious laceration and puncture wounds.

Now, Justin Hotomani is facing three charges and made his first appearance on these charges on Monday.
