A 16-year-old boy wanted on a Canada-wide warrant has been found and arrested in Saskatoon.
In April, the Montréal Police Service contacted the Saskatoon Police Service to assist in locating a suspect in an armed residential break and enter in Montréal who was believed to be in Saskatoon.
Following investigation, members of the Warrant Enforcement Unit arrested the teen at 1:30 p.m. on July 15 in the 200 block of Fairmont Drive.
He now faces numerous charges including Break and Enter, Discharging a Restricted or Prohibited Firearm, and Possessing a Loaded Prohibited Firearm Without a License.
He has since been transported back to Montréal.
