What you see is what you get in terms of what’s ahead for Saskatchewan’s weather forecast for March through May.
Weather Network meteorologist Michael Carter says the ups and downs of cold to warmer than normal is expected to continue.
It wasn’t consistently cold this winter, and it won’t be consistently warm in the spring.
There are still some colder than average temperatures ahead.
Carter says it’s the same for most of Canada, with the risk of several weeks of colder than normal weather, but not all at once, leading to about average temperatures for spring overall.
Near normal precipitation is expected in Saskatchewan, except a little more moisture right along the U.S. border.
