Around 12 o’clock in the afternoon on Monday Battlefords RCMP were alerted to a situation where a man needed medical attention on Moosomin First Nation.

The victim was located at a residential property and while officers provided medical aid to the man, he was later pronounced deceased by EMS at the scene. The death of 59-year-old Arnold Thomas from Saulteaux First Nation is considered suspicious.

Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes is asking anyone with information about this incident or anyone who was in contact with Arnold Thomas between December 4th and 8th, to contact police or to report information anonymously, contact Crime Stoppers.
