The Prince Albert Elks Club has provided a $130,000 sponsorship in support of the Lake Country Co-op Leisure Centre to the City of Prince Albert.

The whirlpool has been named to honour the Elks Club in recognition contribution. The City of Prince Albert says that the name also reflects the Elks’ longstanding dedication to the community.

City Councillor and representative of the Play It Forward Campaign Dawn Kilmer says that the generosity of the Elks ensures that residents of all ages have a welcoming space to swim, relax, and connect.
