Red Deer RCMP have concluded, after their investigation into a drawing of teen activist Greta Thunberg purportedly being sexually assaulted, and the name of an oilfield company printed across the bottom of the decal, as not being child pornography.

RCMP say they consulted with police officers who’s expertise includes sexual exploitation of children and determined that the decal does not meet the elements of child pornography. Nor does the decal, according to the investigation, depict a non-consensual act that would be a direct threat to a person.

Alberta RCMP do not believe it constitutes a criminal offense. The photo has been doing the rounds on social media and apparently shows a female nude back and two hands pulling her braided hair with the word Greta across the lower back of the drawn image.
