A third person has been charged in relation to the disappearance of a 20 year old Humboldt man. Allan Garrioch was last seen on February 25th around 3 in the morning, leaving his home with 3 unknown men after what police heard was an altercation.

Remains were found in the RM of Bayne and a forensic autopsy completed today (Wed) confirms it was Allan Garrioch.

On Tuesday night, the RCMP Major Crimes Unit North arrested 21 year old Brettin Veilleux-Pelletier of Prince Albert. His charges include first degree murder, indignity to a body, kidnapping, and forcible confinement. He appears in Prince Albert Provincial Court tomorrow (Thurs) morning.

Last Saturday, the RCMP arrested 21 year old Tristan Daniel Morrison and 23 year old Joshua Canevar0, both of Saskatoon. Morrison’s 9 charges are the same as Veilleux-Pelletier’s. Canevaro’s 5 charges include kidnapping while using a firearm, assault with a weapon and forcible confinement.
