Canadian Blood Services are looking for recruits today with a New Donor Day in Saskatoon. Saskatoon requires 55 new donors each week and this event will look to do this.

Jennifer Dareichuk, associate director of donor relations, says that blood won’t be collected Friday, there will just be the opportunity to get more information about donating blood, including the chance to find out their blood type.

The New Donor Day will take place Friday at the Midtown Mall from 11-7pm
