Saskatchewan RCMP responded to two snow mobile accidents on the weekend with the first call coming in Friday night just before 9:30 about 5 kilometres north of Emma Lake.
A 48 year old man died. RCMP say he was driving with friends in the afternoon before becoming separated from the group. Friends got a search underway and located the victim just off the trail hours later. An autopsy has been ordered.
On Saturday afternoon, Wollaston Lake RCMP were called out after single snowmobile accident in Wollaston Lake. A 20 year old man was flown air ambulance to Saskatoon hospital. He has serious, life threatening injuries. Both accidents are under investigation.
