A 28-year-old Saskatoon man appeared in court in Buffalo Narrows Wednesday to answer to a long list of charges following an incident at a residence in Beauval on Monday, including resist/obstruct peace officer and assault on police officer.

According to a Saskatchewan RCMP news release, the incident occurred at about 1:30 a.m. Monday morning with members of the Beauval detachment responding to a report of a male causing a disturbance at a residence in Beauval. Upon arrival, officers determined that Aubichon got into an altercation with a group of individuals, during which Aubichon damaged a door – then left the property. Shortly after, Beauval RCMP were notified that the same man damaged a police vehicle outside a residence in Beauval (pictured). He was located shortly thereafter and arrested – although in the course of being apprehended, Aubichon threatened and assaulted the responding officers.
