The call came in at 6:30 a.m. From the 2100 block of Millar Avenue when the business reported that someone had broken in and stole a vehicle.

Officers reviewed video surveillance showing a grey Audi SUV pulling into the parking lot, a glass door was broken, and thieves drove off with a 2026 GMC truck.

About three hours later officers spotted a vehicle matching the stolen truck in the area of Avenue D North. The vehicle stopped in the 1800 block and two suspects tried to flee on foot.

A 25-year-old is facing charges of; Impaired Driving, Possession of Stolen Property and Possession of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine).
The 34-year-old is facing charges of; Possession of a Weapon (bear spray) and Possession of Stolen Property.

Members of the Break and Enter Unit are now investigating this incident and a similar one in which an overhead door was broken at a business in the 1700 block of Preston Avenue North.
