Another casualty of the COVID-19 scare is the HomeStyles Home and Renovation Show. It was to be held March 20th to the 22nd. The Saskatoon and Region Home Builders’ Association has decided to postpone the show. The organization says its number one priority is focusing on the health and safety of exhibitors, members and the community.
SIGA Casinos says it too is closely monitoring the situation and while the casinos remain open, there are efforts being made to limit exposure to the virus. SIGA says it is reminding employees to wash their hands frequently. Hand-washing signs are being posted in public areas. Hand sanitizer dispensers are being made available. High-touch surfaces are being more frequently cleaned. Employees with flu-like symptoms are being asked to stay home until the symptoms pass.
