The Filipino Pavilion is making its return to Saskatoon FolkFest this weekend, and Toni says they’re bringing plenty of Filipino culture, music, dancing, traditional clothing and, of course, food.

We talked about some of the must-try dishes, including pancit, pork barbecue, lumpia and adobo, plus what bringing the Filipino community together for Folk Fest means to him.
