The City of Saskatoon says more than 8 centimetres of snow fell overnight.

City crews worked throughout the night on Circle Drive and are currently working on priority 1 streets including the freeway, 22nd Street, Idylwyld Drive, College Drive and 8th Street.

The City says motorists should adjust their driving for the road conditions and to give themselves extra time to reach their destination.

20 graders, 4 high speed plows and 8 sanders are clearing snow and applying sand and salt on high traffic roads.
