The Government of Saskatchewan has implemented further COVID-19 prevention measures.
Visitors to long term care homes, hospitals, personal care homes and group homes will allow essential visitors only.
Faith based organizations are no longer exempt to public gathering restrictions. No public gathering can have more than 250 people in one room.
In addition to recommending that any residents currently travelling internationally should return to Canada, the Saskatchewan government is now recommend residents avoid all non-essential international travel until further notice.
All travellers returning from international destinations, including the United States, need to self isolate and monitor their health for 14 days upon return. Even if you are travelling from within Canada self monitor for 14 days upon return.
A New COVID-19 Self Assessment Tool is available. Saskgaming is supending operations closing Casinos Regina and Moose Jaw. Monday, SIGA announced “that at the end of gaming today” all SIGA casinos will be closed for the next two weeks.
