The Saskatoon Fire Department were called out to two structure fires early Saturday morning. The first call came in at 1;45 a.m. reporting a flames at a four-plex in the 300 block of Avenue T South. The fire was quickly brought under control and a search for anyone inside revealed the building was empty. A second call came in at 2:58 a.m. also via 911 with the caller saying there was a fire under a rear deck in the 200 block of Avenue V South. When firefighters rolled up on the scene they were greeted by flames enveloping the rear deck and encroaching on the exterior wall. Both fires remain under investigation. Damage estimates are pending.
