Saskatoon Police are looking for a suspect after a crash involving multiple vehicles at 18th Street and Avenue K. Just after midnight officers were parked on 11th Street near Circle Drive when they say they saw a pick up truck heading east on 11th Street at a high rate of speed.

Another officer going westbound on 11th Street spotted the vehicle and police say by the time the officer turned around, the truck had lost control and hit a parked vehicle. The truck was found abandoned after it had hit a parked truck and trailer in the 500 block of Avenue K South.

The canine unit tracked down two teenage girls, aged 13 and 18, a couple blocks away where they were taken into custody. Police are still on the hunt for a third suspect believed to be the driver. Officers say they seized a loaded 12 gauge sawed off shotgun from the vehicle.
