Statistics Canada says retail sales in Saskatchewan fell 0.1 per cent, January to February. Four other provinces were in negative territory. Nationally, sales rose 0.3 per cent. Compared to the same month a year ago, February was up 1.3 per cent in Saskatchewan. Nationally, the average was an increase of three per cent. Retail sales in Saskatchewan totalled $1.644 billion.
