Regina Police say six people are facing charges in connection to Regina’s sixth homicide of 2020.
The investigation got underway last Thursday when police responded to an injured person call in north-central Regina. When officers got there they found a teenage boy deceased.
An autopsy was performed last Friday and identity of the deceased confirmed with the victim’s next of kin having been notified.
All six of the accused are facing, among other charges, a charge of First Degree Murder. Of the teens charged in the case, all are male, two are 15 years old, one is 16 and the fourth is 17 years old.
As well Brandon Shaydeen Lee Charette and Arden Paquachan, both of Regina and both 18 years old, have also been charged. All six are in court today in Regina.
