Regina Police are investigating after a guest reported to SaskGaming that they witnessed a dealer paying out losing hands to another guest at a blackjack table last January. In a report tabled with the province, SaskGaming reported a loss of $29,435. The dealer was placed on administrative leave on January 14th and then was terminated on the 22nd. Video surveillance confirmed the activity. Both the dealer and the guest have been banned by SaskGaming for five years. SaskGaming says additional controls have been put in place to strengthen oversight of table games.
