Watch for property tax notices in the mail. The City of Saskatoon has started mailing out about 97 thousand of them. Anyone who doesn’t receive one by May 29th is asked to contact the city at 306-975-2400. The city is giving a three month grace period on payment of the taxes, because of the financial challenges many are facing due to COVID-19. So, the deadline is now September 30th. There will be no late payment penalties as long as the full amount is paid by then. But be aware, the due date on the tax notice will still say June 30th.
