Beginning this week, resources will be available online for children and youth to help them with increasing levels of hope and to build self-esteem. The materials are focused to support parents, caregivers and their families during this period of pandemic. An organization known as “Caring Hearts,” is putting the information out there. Youth Programming Consultant Cindy Rice says, “It’s not always easy to find resources to help children and youth navigate the uncertainty of the pandemic.” The eight-week program includes weekly resources for kids aged 6 to 9; 9 to 12, ad 12 to 16. All of the material will be rolled out on a weekly basis and will be archived for viewing at a later date. More information can be found here.
