Saskatoon Police were looking for three suspects and have now made one arrest after they say two men were assaulted and unlawfully confined last week.
It happened May 5th at a motel in the 600 block of Idylwyld Drive when the victims, two men aged 38 and 45 years, were held and one was seriously hurt after being attacked with a hammer.
A 36 year old man has been arrested in connection to the incident. He is charged with Aggravated Assault, Break and Enter, Assault, Forcible Confinement, Theft Under $5,000 and Utter Threats. Saskatoon Police are still looking for two other suspects.
The first suspect is described as being in his late 20’s or early 30’s, approximately 6’1″ in height with a stocky build. He was also reported to have a noticeable mark or tattoo on his left cheek, and was wearing all black. The second suspect still wanted by police is described as being in his early 20’s, approximately 5’11” in height with a thin build and tattoos on his arms. He was last seen wearing a long black t-shirt, black pants and a black hat.
