Aim for June 8th. The Province of Saskatchewan has set that as the date for Phase 3 of the Re-Open Saskatchewan Plan.
Phase two of the plan began this week. In Phase 3 restaurants and licensed establishments will be able to open at 50% capacity. Gyms and fitness facilities will also be open for business as will childcare facilities and places of worship but, it is all subject to guidelines that are still in the drafting phase.
Those personal service businesses which didn’t open in Phase 2 can open up shop again. The size of indoor public and private gatherings will increase to 15 people in Phase 3 and the size of outdoor gatherings can increase to 30.
Personal services businesses which can open in Phase 3 includes:
Estheticians;
Tattoo artists;
Make-up applicators;
Electrologists;
Manicurists;
Pedicurists;
Sun tanning parlours;
Facilities in which body piercing, bone grafting or scarification services are provided; and
Other personal service facilities.
