Statistics Canada says retail sales in Saskatchewan fell 1.5 per cent February to March. We fared well compared to the rest of the country. Nationally, sales were down 10 per cent. Even year-to-year, despite being off 4.9 per cent here, we came out stronger, with the national numbers down 8.4 per cent. Total sales in Saskatchewan in March rang in at $1.57 billion.
