The Saskatchewan Realtors Association says open houses are back, but with new health and safety measures. CEO of the Association, Jason Yochim, says the new safety measures include health disclosure surveys and contact information records to make contact tracing easier if someone is found to have COVID-19 and had attended an open house.
Only 2 people plus the realtor will be allowed into a home at one time.
They must sanitize and no touching anything. The measures also include wearing shoes or disposable booties and maintaining the physical distancing.
Everyone else must wait outside, while physical distancing.
