Around 11:20 Tuesday night, patrol officers spotted a man riding a bicycle on the sidewalk on the 600 block of Avenue R South. When they tried to tell him, that was against the law, he took off. The Air Support Unit kept an eye on him, guiding ground units to a home on the 300 block of Avenue Q South. Police say he was seen banging on the front door of the residence before being arrested. They allege that he was carrying ammunition and crystal meth. The 31 year old is facing several charges including Possession of Ammunition and Possession of Methamphetamine.
