Marlo Pritchard has been named president of the Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency. The agency was created in 2017 to manage the province’s 9-1-1 emergency call-taking and dispatch services. It was expended in January to include the Emergency Management and Fire Safety branch from the Ministry of Government Relations, and the Wildfire Management branch from the Minister of Environment. Pritchard was formerly the Chief Constable with the Weyburn Police Service. He officially joins the Agency in September.
