If your Sunday plans involve driving along Circle Drive, take note. The median and centre lanes of Circle Drive southbound, at the Gordie Howe Bridge, will be closed for utility cut patching work, beginning at 8 a.m. on Sunday.
The City of Saskatoon says the work should only take one day to complete, weather permitting and barring unforeseen circumstances. Southbound traffic on Circle Drive will be reduced to the curb lane, with speed reductions in effect while the work is on. Saskatoon Transit will continue to operate through the construction area on a reduced schedule and could be affected by this detour.
