The Saskatchewan RCMP didn’t lay any charges this week for COVID-19 related calls for service.
From May 29th to June 4th, there were 35 calls with 20 complaints of large gatherings of over 10 people, 3 complaints of people failing to self-isolate and 12 other COVID-19 complaints. Officers work closely with the Saskatchewan Health Authority to investigate any potential violations.
With Phase 3 of the re-opening of the economy beginning on Monday, the provincial RCMP urge that we continue to do our part to prevent the spread of the virus and follow the Public Health Order, which is still in place.
