As of 4 a.m. this morning, over a 60 hour period, Saskatoon recorded 48 millimetres of rain. The Battlefords recorded 43 millimetres, Rosetown 41, Meadow Lake at 39 and Buffalo Narrows with 26 millimetres. Those were the five big hitters.
Kindersley recorded 25 millimetres, Nipawin 15, 16 millimetres in the southeast in Estevan and 11 in the southwest in Swift Current. In east central Saskatchewan there was 10 millimetres in Yorkton and in our provincial capital, Regina, they saw 6 millimetres of rain.
A number of Saskatchewan forestry stations reported between 20 and 40 millimetres of rain with the highest amount being 65 at the Birch forestry station located midway between Meadow Lake and the Battlefords.
