The Prince Albert Police Service recently searched an area outside of the city, looking for Happy Charles who was last seen over 3 years ago, on April 3rd of 2017 in the area around the Prince Albert Collegiate Institute.

The Criminal Investigations Division was following up on information identified as being a possible location connected to the disappearance of Happy Charles. Unfortunately, it’s a large area and there weren’t enough details to narrow down a location.

Sgt. Kathy Edwardsen says the Prince Albert Police Service has received many anonymous tips.

“Police have recently been searching areas identified by the public and are asking those with information to please call police and provide more detailed information to help narrow down the search for Happy.”

Happy Charles was born March 22nd, 1975 and is described as 5-foot-1 and 115 pounds. She has a scar on her left cheek and a tattoo of a rose on her right hand.
