Big River RCMP are looking for the public’s assistance in helping identify a male pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle on Saturday.
The RCMP and Big River EMS responded to the accident around 3 a.m. on the Big River First Nation. The unidentified male was air lifted to hospital with undetermined injuries.
He could be described as Indigenous, possibly in his 20’s, wearing a grey faded New York Yankees hat, an olive green checkered jacket, black sweat pants, tan brown Timberland high top lace up boots and a gold watch.
Police say the driver remained on scene and the investigation is continuing.
Anyone who can identify the male or has information is asked to contact the RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
