Saskatoon Police say a call involving a man who had been injured Wednesday morning was a 32 year old man who had been hit with a crossbow bolt. Police say it is not believed this attack was random in nature. The call came in around 11:30 a.m. from the 14-hundred block of Avenue B North and an investigation by the Serious Assault Unit led to the arrest of a 30 year old man shortly before midnight Thursday. He’s been charged with aggravated assault. The victim suffered a serious but non-life threatening injury.
