Three teens died and three were injured in a collision on a grid road north of Waldeck in Saskatchewan’s southwest on Wednesday night.
Swift Current Rural RCMP say the driver of the car was an 18 year old boy.
He and 2 other boys, 16 and 18 years old, were declared dead on the scene.
A 19 year old girl with serious, life-threatening injuries and an 18 year old girl with serious but non life threatening injuries were both transported to hospital in Regina.
The driver of the truck, a 55 year old man was reported to have serious but non life threatening injuries and was taken to hospital in Swift Current.
Police describe the road as being narrow with a hilly, dirt surface.
The investigation is ongoing.
