The Sask. Party government is re-releasing old news. The government says it is moving ahead with plans to open three new international offices, which were originally announced last fall. The offices will be located in Tokyo, Singapore, and New Delhi. The plan is to have them open early next year. The offices are being opened to facilitate investment and trade efforts. Saskatchewan exports about 68 per cent of the products produced here. Trade and Export Development Minister Jeremy Harrison says, “Saskatchewan has what the world wants and needs, but in an increasingly volatile trade environment, we need to diversify and strengthen our export market.”
