The Saskatoon Police Service received a call of a firearm being fired at a vehicle parked in the 100 block Ruth Street East Saturday at approximately 12:21 a.m..
Police arriving on scene found three adults inside a parked vehicle who weren’t hurt but they did tell responding officers that a vehicle with the back window rolled down had been heading west on Ruth Street east when someone inside fired one shot from what the witnesses believe was a shotgun. Two vehicles appear to have suffered some damage as a result of the shooting.
The suspect vehicle left south onto Vernon Ave and is described as an older style sedan, 4 door, and dark grey in colour. The make and model of vehicle is unknown.
