A man believed to be about 18 or 19 years old is wanted by Saskatoon Police in relation to a discharged firearm incident on Monday evening.
At about 6 p.m., patrol members responded to reports in the Avenue L South and 21st Street West area regarding a discharged firearm. They found two men suffering from non-life threatening injuries after being shot with a pellet gun. Prior to that, the victims reported being in an altercation with the pellet gun shooter outside a restaurant in 1100 block of 22nd Street West. The suspect shot the men several times, then fled the scene on foot. One of the men was treated on the scene while the other was taken to hospital by Medavie Health Services. The incident is not believed to be random in nature. The young suspect is described as slim with light coloured eyes and acne. He also had a camouflage backpack with him.
