Saskatchewan rates a Double-A credit rating from S&P Global Ratings. The company also maintains its stable outlook for the province. Finance Minister Donna Harpauer says, “Saskatchewan has the highest credit rating in the country when you combine this rating with Moody’s Triple-A rating, and the Double-A rating from Dominion Bond Rating Service. In its report, S&P Global says, “The Province of Saskatchewan’s policy response to the 2015 oil price collapse that included a balance of revenue and expenditure measures, continues to positively affect the province’s budget performance.”
